2. Scope: Our Website vs. Skool Platform

Our website / landing page

Our website is primarily informational and provides a button/link that directs you to Skool to purchase and access the service. We do not intentionally collect personal data via forms on the landing page.

Skool (and payments via Skool/Stripe)

Untide Sailing Club is delivered via Skool, which provides account management, hosting, and payment processing. When you sign up, purchase, or use the service, Skool and its payment partners (e.g., Stripe) will process personal data in accordance with their own privacy notices.

3. Personal Data We Process

Depending on how you interact with us and the service, we may process:

  • Identity & contact data: name, email address (primarily via Skool)
  • Account/service data: subscription status, access rights, community activity and content you choose to post

Payment data: we do not receive or store full payment card details. Payments are handled by Skool and its payment providers.
